The User confirms having read, understood and accepted in full the Legal Notice and the General Terms and Conditions of Use before any use of the Site, and undertakes to comply with them. For minor Users, their parents or guardians are deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions of use on their behalf.

This website, accessible from the address https://www.polymedo.com (hereinafter the "Site"), is published by POLYMEDO SASU, with share capital of €2,000, whose registered office is located at 29 rue Lécluse, 75017, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 814 123 170 (hereinafter "POLYMEDO").

The Site was designed and created by POLYMEDO. The Site's hosting is provided by: GOOGLE LLC, a company whose registered office is located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA; e-commerce powered by Shopify Inc., a Canadian company listed on the TSX and NYSE — registration No. 426160-7 — address: 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8 — Canada.

The website is the exclusive property of POLYMEDO SASU.

    • Users are not authorised to create a hyperlink to the Site and/or to any page of the Site and/or to any file located on it without the prior written consent of POLYMEDO. In such a case, POLYMEDO may in no event be held liable for the content of third-party websites displaying such a link. POLYMEDO reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems non-compliant with the purpose of its site.

    3. LIABILITY AND RIGHTS

    All Site content (including in particular videos, images, photographs, logos, software, graphics, documents and any other data) is protected by the intellectual and artistic property legislation in force in France, and by international conventions.


    Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of POLYMEDO. Such representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.


    Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.     In addition, POLYMEDO, as the owner of the copied content, may bring legal proceedings against you.

    The General Terms and Conditions of Use do not entail any assignment or licence of any intellectual property right to the User, other than the right to use the Site in accordance with all provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use.

    The fact that POLYMEDO does not initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of unauthorised uses does not constitute acceptance of such uses or waiver of legal action.

    4. ACCESS TO THE SITE

    • To access the Site, the User must have internet access. POLYMEDO undertakes to use all means reasonably at its disposal to ensure that the Site is accessible to Users at all times, with the exception of periods of maintenance.     POLYMEDO does not guarantee in any way that the Site is free of any malicious computer code, including but not limited to computer viruses. POLYMEDO's liability cannot be engaged in the event of damage or deletion of data caused by malicious computer code.

    • The User is solely responsible for the use it makes of the Site, of all its features and of all the data and information that it communicates or transmits on the Site and of any other action on its part on the Site, and in particular, when filling out any form online.

    The User warrants to POLYMEDO that its activity carried out on and via the Site will not be contrary to any law or regulation in force, POLYMEDO not being held liable for any activity of the User on or via the Site and/or for any direct or indirect damage arising from the User's use of the Site and all of its data.

    The User indemnifies POLYMEDO against any claim or action by third parties on this basis.

    The User acknowledges and accepts that POLYMEDO has no obligation to monitor or control the data and information transmitted by the User on the Site.

    The User undertakes not to, directly or indirectly, disparage the Site and/or the services of POLYMEDO, or POLYMEDO itself, on social networks or any other means of communication.

    It is the responsibility of each User to take all measures to ensure the protection of the data and software stored on their computer, in particular against contamination by viruses or spyware that may be introduced by third parties via the internet.

    The User declares that they accept the characteristics and limits of the internet, and in particular acknowledges that: POLYMEDO assumes no responsibility for services accessible via the internet and exercises no control of any kind over the nature and characteristics of the data that may pass through its server centre.

    The User acknowledges that data circulating on the internet is not protected, in particular against possible misuse. The communication of any information deemed by the User to be sensitive or confidential is done at their own risk.

    The User acknowledges that data circulating on the internet may be regulated in terms of use or be protected by a property right. The User is solely responsible for the use of the data they consult, query and transfer on the internet.

    The User undertakes to use the services of the Site, as well as all the information to which they may have access, only for a purpose consistent with public order, good morals and the rights of third parties.

    The User undertakes not to commit any act that could call into question the computer security of the Site or the computer system of other users.

    The User undertakes not to interfere with or interrupt the normal operation of the Site.

    Any content downloaded is done at the User's own risk and under their sole responsibility. Consequently, POLYMEDO cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the User's computer or for any loss of data resulting from the download.

    Access to the Site may require the use of personal access codes. These means of authentication are personal and confidential. You must keep them secret and may, of course, change them at any time.

    POLYMEDO reserves the right to take legal action against any infringing User in order to obtain compensation for the prejudice suffered.

    • Any warranty of quality or fitness for a specific use is expressly excluded.

    • The User is fully aware of the provisions of this article and in particular of the aforementioned limitations of liability, which are essential conditions of these general terms and conditions of use.

    9. APPLICABLE LAW — DISPUTES

    The law applicable to the General Terms and Conditions of Use is French law. They are drafted in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

    Any claim or dispute arising from the validity, interpretation or performance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, under the conditions of ordinary law.
