Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Colissimo. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Timescales

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours, Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed between Saturday and Monday evening are processed from Tuesday morning onwards. Delivery within France takes 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges

Free delivery in France on orders of €60 or more. For orders under €60, delivery charges are calculated based on the order weight. For international deliveries, charges are calculated automatically at checkout or on request via our contact form.

In-store collection

In-store collection is available free of charge. Your order will be ready within a maximum of 2 hours during opening hours. A confirmation email is sent as soon as it is ready.
