Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Colissimo. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Timescales

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours, Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed between Saturday and Monday evening are processed from Tuesday morning onwards. Delivery within France takes 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges

Free delivery in France on orders of €69 or more (letterbox delivery) and from €130 for signed-for delivery. For smaller orders, delivery charges are calculated based on the order weight and shown at checkout. For international deliveries, charges are calculated automatically at checkout or on request via our contact form. For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

In-store collection

In-store collection is free of charge at 29 rue Lécluse, 75017 Paris, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Your order is ready within 2 hours during opening hours; an email lets you know as soon as it is available. Please show this email (or your order number) when collecting.

Your order is held in store for 14 days from the "order ready" email. After this period, the order is cancelled and its full amount is returned to you as store credit, valid for 12 months and usable both at the institute and on the online store. If you cannot come within this period, contact us before it ends: we can extend the reservation or ship the order to you (shipping charged according to the current rates).
