The Site was designed and produced by the company POLYMEDO. The Site is hosted by Shopify Inc., a Canadian company registered on the TSX and NYSE (registration no. 426160-7), whose registered office is located at 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada.

The website is the exclusive property of POLYMEDO SASU.

3.  LIABILITY AND LAW

Any claim or dispute arising from the validity, interpretation or performance of the General Terms of Use shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction within the territory of the Cour d'appel de Paris (Paris Court of Appeal), under the conditions of ordinary law.
