Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has seven (7) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To do so, the Customer must notify their decision by means of an unambiguous written statement specifying their first and last name, email address, postal address, and the order number and date.

This notification may be sent by email to contact@polymedo.fr or by post to Polymedo – Institut de Beauté, 29 Rue Lécluse, 75017 Paris, France.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, Polymedo will issue a refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned products, provided they comply with the return conditions (products unused, unopened, in their original packaging).

For a withdrawal covering the entire order, the refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For a partial withdrawal, the amount for the returned products will be refunded in the form of a store credit, gift voucher or discount.

Polymedo reserves the right to defer the refund until the returned products have been received and inspected.

Return of Products

Products must be returned within seven (7) days of the withdrawal notification. They must be unused, complete and in perfect condition.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

accompanied by a note indicating your first and last name, email address, postal address, and order number and date.

Return postage is at the Customer's expense. If free delivery was applied to the original order, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
