Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To do so, the Customer must notify their decision by means of an unambiguous written statement specifying their first and last name, email address, postal address, and the order number and date.

In accordance with article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

Uncollected in-store orders

An in-store collection order not collected within 14 days of the "order ready" email is cancelled. Its full amount is returned as store credit, valid for 12 months and usable both at the institute and on the online store.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, Polymedo refunds all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by the Customer), within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned products, provided they are unused, unsealed and in their intact original packaging. For a partial withdrawal, the initial delivery costs are not refunded.

For a withdrawal covering the entire order, the refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For a partial withdrawal, the amount for the returned products is refunded using the same payment method, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a store credit or gift card.

Polymedo reserves the right to defer the refund until the returned products have been received and inspected.

Return of Products

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the withdrawal notification. They must be unused, complete and in perfect condition.

accompanied by a note indicating your first and last name, email address, postal address, and order number and date.

Return postage is at the Customer's expense. For a partial withdrawal on an order that benefited from free delivery, delivery costs are recalculated on the items kept according to the current rates and deducted from the refund of the returned items.
