Polymedo is a mixed-gender institute — we welcome both women and men for all our hair removal treatments, whether for the face, body, or intimate areas. Our beauticians are trained to support you with professionalism and the utmost respect for your comfort and privacy.
2 to 3 days before your session, exfoliate the areas to be treated to remove dead skin cells and help the wax adhere better. Follow up with a good moisturiser.
Do not cut or shave your hair beforehand — wax requires a minimum length of approximately 1 cm to be effective.
On the day, do not apply any cream or oil to the areas to be treated: wax adheres best to clean, dry skin.
Immediately after your session, we strongly recommend applying the Dépil Logique serum — available at the institute — to hydrate, soothe inflammation and slow regrowth. Your beautician will routinely offer it to you.
In the days that follow, keep the treated areas well moisturised. Avoid exfoliating straight away: wait a few days for the skin to return to its normal state before resuming your exfoliation routine.
