GENERAL TERMS OF SALE — POLYMEDO BEAUTY INSTITUTE

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of cosmetic products and treatments offered by POLYMEDO Beauty Institute on the polymedo.fr website. Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered include cosmetics, beauty care products and related items. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only. POLYMEDO undertakes to offer products that comply with applicable European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products).
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). POLYMEDO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDER
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. POLYMEDO reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of insufficient stock or suspected fraud.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT
Payment is due upon ordering. The accepted payment methods are indicated during the ordering process. All transactions are secured.
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery timescales are given as a guide only. POLYMEDO shall not be held liable for any delays. Delivery charges are indicated prior to order confirmation.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Exception: Products that have been unsealed or opened may not be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This exception applies in particular to cosmetics whose packaging has been opened.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
ARTICLE 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event of a valid withdrawal, POLYMEDO will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 10 — STATUTORY GUARANTEES
In accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA
Data collected at the time of ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on polymedo.fr, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
ARTICLE 12 — DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the customer may have recourse to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing this, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. French law is applicable.
