Recommended frequency

The frequency of your manicure or pedicure depends on how fast your nails grow. As a rule of thumb, plan for one manicure per week and one pedicure every two weeks to keep your hands and feet looking flawless.

For SHELLAC, the application lasts on average 2 to 5 weeks on hands, and longer on feet.
